NCDHD’s COVID-19 Vaccination efforts are shifting to include anyone 50 years and older that reside in Antelope, Boyd, Brown, Cherry, Holt, Keya Paha, Knox, Rock, and Pierce counties. NCDHD strongly encourages people of all ages interested in vaccine to get on the statewide vaccine registry at https://vaccinate.ne.gov. Additionally, a link to the registry can also be found on the ncdhd.ne.gov home page as well as a COVID-19 Vaccination Consent Form. If able, print and complete the consent form prior to arriving to a clinic for a vaccination appointment. In an effort to kick start vaccinations for 50–64-year-olds, NCDHD will accept walk-in appointments at the below clinics. To qualify, you must live in the NCDHD area and be 50 or older. If able to do so, complete a consent form prior to arrival at a clinic. • Creighton Senior Center - Tuesday, March 16th, 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. • Mid Plains College Valentine- Wednesday, March 17th, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. • White Elephant Hall Cody - Wednesday, March 17th, 12:00 Noon to 2:00 p.m. • Antelope County Fair Grounds Neligh - Thursday, March 18th 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Moving forward, NCDHD will begin scheduling anyone 50 years and older at clinics across the district. This includes anyone born in 1971 or earlier. Patrons on the registry that qualify for vaccine can expect an email from dhhs.no-reply_vras5@nebraska.gov that allows them to book an appointment. Mark this address to your safe sender list. Remaining critical infrastructure groups will continue to be vaccinated through in progress scheduling efforts. Walk up opportunities will not be available at all clinics due to limited doses. The best way to get vaccinated is to sign up at vaccinate.ne.gov.

NCDHD COVID-19 to hold Vaccine Registration Call-a-Thon NCDHD is currently registering all ages for the COVID-19 vaccine registry. NCDHD encourages district residents to register at vaccinate.ne.gov. If assistance is needed in registering NCDHD will have volunteers available for a call-a-thon event to get district residents registered for the COVID-19 vaccine on Monday, March 8th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. To participate in the call-a-thon registration call 402-336-2406. If you have already registered there is no need to register again. This call-a-thon is for registration only. Those who call in will not be scheduled for a vaccination appointment and to allow for processing as many new registrations as possible, NCDHD will not be able to confirm your name on our list during this event. If you registered previously and received a confirmation email or confirmation screen, you should have confidence that NCDHD has your name on our registry. NCDHD is currently vaccinating 65+ community members. Clinics are scheduled and calls are made to schedule registered residents for vaccination appointments as quickly as vaccine can come into the office. NCDHD appreciates the patience of our district as we work to get vaccine out to our communities as quickly as possible.
