This winter has been an open winter with just an inch or two of snow, not even enough to build a baby snowman which, for kids and some adults, is the ultimate of the winter season.
In Mrs. Roemer's West Holt School kindergarten class her students solved that problem by creating their own miniature snowmen and women and in many cases creating them to be cowboys and cowgirls.
