Word was received that Dr. Steven Anderson, Plainview's longtime optometrist, would be retiring as soon as next week, Tuesday, Feb. 9, from his 31-year practice in Plainview.
Anderson said that Vision Care Associates would continue with Plainview's office, and Dr. Jerika Kirwan OD, would be taking his place as the primary doctor in the office. Dr. Kirwan may start as soon as February 23.
