The Plainview Public Schools 130th annual commencement ceremony will be held this Saturday, May 12 at 2 p.m. in the Pirate Auditorium. Nineteen seniors have qualified for graduation:

The class chose red and white for their colors, a white rose for their class flower and "Carry On" by F.U.N. as their class song.
The class motto was chosen as "The more you know, the more you realize you don't know." ~Aristotle.
The High School Choir will perform a few musical numbers, "Pomp and Circumstance" will be played by Bastion Curtiss, Principal Kyle Schmidt will present the honors and had out the diplomas with Board of Education President Tim Rasmussen. Processional leaders will be Abigail Kromarek and Reagan Choat.
