
The old curb has been taken out and new concrete has been poured in front of Terry’s Hair Salon and the Niobrara Tribune office on Park Avenue in Niobrara.
Motacek’s Construction completed the work which was done in an effort to make the curb safer. The new design will also allow for more parking in that area.

Crofton Community School’s Senior Mayson Ostermeyer signed with Concordia University to continue his track career at the college when he attends this year. Ostermeyer said “I’m excited to go be part of the program and team Jason has built. When I went to visit, I felt really good. It was a good environment.”

The Crofton Warrior golf team traveled to Hartington Country Club for the 2022 District C-4 golf tournament, finishing eighth out of the 14 teams at the event.

Northeast Community College has announced that rosters for the Northeast Nebraska All-Star Basketball Games have been finalized.
The games are scheduled for June 3 at the Cox Activities Center in Norfolk, Nebraska with the girls’ game beginning at 6 p.m. and the boys game following at 8 p.m.
