Fouette Dance Studio of Verdigre, on Feb. 28, took two teams to the Rainbow National Dance Competition at the Mid America Center in Omaha. The team of Tenly Gilsdorf, Bloomfield; Evelyn Kucera, Verdigre; Ashley Parks, Niobrara; Emily Parks, Niobrara; and Emma Vortherms, Creighton, performed a lyrical routine called "Zombie," and won a platinum award and fourth place overall in the competition.
