The Niobrara Promoters will be sponsoring the annual Soup Cook-Off on Saturday, Feb. 20, from 5-6:30 p.m. at the Niobrara Community Hall. Soup cooks are needed. To enter, persons can contact Sharon Scott, Niobrara Promoter's secretary, at 402-857-3838.
