Niobrara Public Schools Superintendent Margaret Sandoz said that on Wednesday, Nov. 25, the contractors working on the new bus barn plan to close the road east of the school to replace the concrete panels that were torn up due to construction. The road may be closed that day and until the following week to allow the concrete to cure.
